By expanding the kitchen and opening it up to the dining and living spaces, we transformed this cramped cottage into the perfect place to entertain with friends and family.
This small beach side cottage in the quaint town of Old Orchard, Maine was a dream come true for a young family looking for a quiet getaway.
The clients for this project lived out of state, so it was imperative that we kept the lines of communication open throughout the process to ensure that we executed their vision. Weekend meetings and progress photos were a necessity to keep them informed of the improvements along the way. Throughout the project, we followed our process to ensure that we were within budget and on time, so we could deliver this beach cottage just in time to enjoy for summer.
